After the sinking of the Oceanos my wife Tracy and I gave a statement to the official investigation regarding our involvement in the rescue of passengers aboard the sinking Oceanos on 4th August 1991. Readers Digest magazine then requested more detail for an article and asked that we put our personal memories and emotions into words, including the day prior to the sinking.
Of course there are many other stories, not least those of cruise director Lorraine Betts and the other entertainment staff involved in the rescue.
